Her exposure to nature amplified her desire to work with animals. She graduated from the University of Antioquia in 2004. Dr. Perez enjoyed working with the University because of their generosity to owners with financial hardships. For the past 3 years, she has been working in equine reproduction with veterinarians who focus on reproduction in Colombia. Dr. Perez favorite breeds include Paso Fino, Trocha, and Trote y Galope., but she enjoys working with all the breeds. Dr. Perez enjoys biking and swimming in her free time and we hope to provide her with lots of new experiences. Both doctors enjoy all aspects of equine reproduction and are excited to join us for a year long internship. Dr. Davila and Dr. Rullan will be teaching them everything they know so that the interns can return to their countries and practice what they learned. Be sure to say hello when they visit your farms!
