New 2012 Policies
We would like to take this opportunity to once again thank you for your support and patronage. We hope that all of your horse’s needs have been met by our staff.
In the coming year we will be implementing new policies as to our billing and services. We understand that the state of the economy has made an impact in everyone’s life and we feel we have been very accommodating to our customer’s situation.
One of the new policies is that all mares that will be bred for pregnancies must make a $500 deposit to go towards the procedures. If the mare is declared in foal before the $500 has been used completely we will gladly transfer any balance to another mare or towards an embryo transfer fee, or reimburse if you do not have any other mares that need our services. We would like to remind our clients that we do not offer any sort of guarantee on pregnancies.
Each mare that you intend to use as a embryo donor must have a signed Embryo Transfer Contract and $1000.00 non refundable deposit paid in advance. We will continue to offer our live foal guarantee and honor it as long as the recipient mare has been under veterinary care and has had all of the necessary vaccinations. A veterinary certificate will be requested in case of an abortion or still birth. Please contact our office as soon as possible to inform us of any problems.
Any account that has a pending balance over 90 days without a signed payment agreement will be suspended from future services and referred to collections. If you wish to enter into a payment agreement we must have a signed agreement with a specified payment amount and date.
As always no horses will be permitted to leave if they are boarded at our facility unless the account is paid in full. Please provide our office with at least a 24 hour notice before you plan on picking up your horse so that we may prepare your final invoice. All semen collections that are intended for mares not being treated by EquiTransfer must be paid before we will release the collection to the attending veterinarian. If you need to schedule a shipment of semen please call our office with 24-48 hours notice, the shipment must be paid in full before we will ship it.
